HOW DO I BOOK A CUSTOM FITTING?

To book a custom fitting in our showroom, you can call us directly or head to the bookings page on the website and we will contact you.

WHAT IF I AM AN ORIGINAL GODWIN CHARLI CUSTOMER?

Welcome back! Our women’s sizing remains unchanged, but our men’s sizing now follows European sizing conventions for suits and jackets. Please see below a guide to convert your old Godwin Charli size into our new sizing convention. We recommend that you confirm this size by following our size guide, which can be found in each product page. Please call us if you have further questions.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Yes, our customer service team will be able to process your order over the phone in most cases. If you wish to use a payment method that cannot be accepted over the phone but can be accepted online, we will be able to create a shopping bag for you containing your chosen items. TURN AROUND TIMES? We aim to deliver all of our garments within 4 weeks from the order being placed. Occasionally, there will be delays that are out of our control (due to fabric availability, shipping delays etc). In these situations we will keep you well informed, and endeavour to deliver your garments as quickly as possible.

CAN I ORDER AN ITEM IN A FABRIC THAT I SEE ON ANOTHER ITEM?

It may be possible to order an item in a fabric that you see on another Godwin Charli item. Please contact us directly about this and we will advise if this is possible.

ALTERATIONS

If you purchase garments directly from our showroom, we will organise any further alterations required. Unfortunately, for online orders, it will be the customer’s responsibility to organise any alterations. We will of course be more than happy to recommend some reputable alterations vendors. Please contact us.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email, phone or in store. Faulty items will be reviewed for repair, replacement, credit note or refund. As all of our items are one-of-a-kind, we cannot provide a refund for a change of mind. In this circumstance we will be happy to provide you with a credit note for the value of your purchase.

CAN YOU DELIVER WITHIN A GIVEN DEADLINE FOR MY; WEDDING, GRADUATION OR A SPECIAL OCCASION I HAVE COMING UP?

All of our garments require a 4-5 week production timeframe to be made. If you require your garment sooner, then the production timeline stated, please contact us directly via the enquiry page on our website. Please include the style, colour, fit and requested due date. This is subject to our production capacity and requires to be approved by the Godwin Charli team prior to placing the order. An additional fast track fee may apply if your order falls outside the production schedule. Please note that fast tracking your garment only speeds up the production time and not the postage and delivery time.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Godwin Charli suiting, jackets, pants, waistcoats and overcoats should be dry-cleaned only. Shirting should be cold machine washed or dry-cleaned only.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

For your security, the billing name and address must match the credit card or other method used for payment. Godwin Charli reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this or with our other security criteria.

We accept all major credit cards, EFTPOS and Cash (showroom only).

WHY WAS MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR OTHER PAYMENT OPTION DECLINED AT CHECKOUT?

If you receive a notification that your credit, debit card or other payment method has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider. Before doing so, please ensure that: The card details or payment information entered are correct. The 3 or 4-digit security number is correct Your credit card has not expired Ensure that the billing address matches the credit card or payment method used for payment


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS, COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

An estimated shipping time for your order will be available to view on the checkout page before you confirm payment. Estimated delivery times are subject to the acceptance of your order and will be calculated from the date on which your order is placed, unless otherwise specified. Different terms and conditions may apply for different shipping destinations. On the off chance that there is a delay with your order, the Godwin Charli team will contact you directly.
