PROMOTIONAL & DISCOUNT CODE SALES  

Any items purchased on sale with a promotional or discount code can be returned or exchanged for another item or credit note.

SALE ITEMS

Please be advised that the Godwin Charli Online Store DOES offer refunds or credits on any change of mind sale / discounted items. Items purchased with a gift card, may be exchanged. No refunds on gift card purchases will be issued.

ONLINE RETURNS 

You can request an exchange or return for any item that has been purchased, full priced or sale, by completing the Returns Form that accompanies all online purchases.

In order to return items, the following must be completed:

  • All form details (name, receipt number, contact details etc).
  • Garments must be in a saleable condition, with all tags attached & in original packaging. Any garments that have been worn, altered or washed will not be accepted.
  • Garments must be posted back with the original receipt & completed Returns Form to Godwin Charli Online Store, within 30 days of purchase

OR

  • Garments can be taken to any Godwin Charli store for exchange to current season collection or return to the Online Store (within 30 days of purchase).

EXCHANGES

If you require an exchange, we are happy to assist you to find the perfect garment. If we cannot exchange your item we are happy to provide you with either a credit note or full refund (applicable to both full priced and sale items).

Exchanges must be returned to the Godwin Charli Returns address or in-person to any Godwin Charli store and processed with 30 days of purchase:

We do offer online or in-store credits if an exchange cannot be made immediately. Credit notes issued will be valid for 6 months from date of exchange.

We do not offer refunds or credit for any price difference for garments which may be exchanged during a sale or promotional period.

We cannot apply discounts from past promotions or sale periods for any exchange or new purchase.

REFUNDS

Refunds can be issued for full priced items & sale items purchased online. You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund. You can request a return either in-store or online. In both instances, customers must fill in the Returns Form prior to requesting a return in-store or online.

Items that are damaged by you or which have undergone general wear and tear, and are not considered faulty, are not eligible for return.

Faulty items will be reviewed for repair, replacement, credit note or refund. To review any faulty garments, please fill in the Returns Form and our Customer Care team will examine your garments for resolution.

To ensure you will be eligible for a return, we recommend the following:

  1. Try all shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuff marks
  2. Do not apply any body moisturisers before trying on shoes, clothing or accessories in order to avoid marking leather, suede, silk or other delicate fabrics
  3. Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments.

PRODUCT CARE

Godwin Charli uses only the highest quality fabrics. However, due to their delicate nature, garment care instructions must be followed. Garments particularly intricate or delicate, may have special dry-cleaning requirements. Dry-cleaning is recommended only if the garment is soiled, and not as a regular treatment. Godwin Charli recommends that you find a dry cleaner that can also steam clean & press your garments to refresh them. Use only a trusted and reputable dry-cleaner. Treat your Godwin Charli pieces with care and love.

ONLINE RETURNS PROCESS

This return process is applicable to purchases made online with www.godwincharli.com. If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, simply follow the 2 steps below:

STEP 1: Complete the Returns Form and return the garment/s within 30 days of purchase. Returns can be made in-person or via Australia Post.

STEP 2: Ship the item/s via registered Australia Post (a tracking number is required) to:

Once your return is received by Customer Care, the item will be checked to ensure it complies with our returns policy and a return outcome will be determined. In the scenario that the return is successful, you will either receive your new item, or a refund of the cost of purchase price via the original method of payment. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 7 working days.

RETURNS IN PERSON

We are able to accept Online Store returns in person at any of our Godwin Charli stores.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Sorry, but we don’t offer a refund on any shipping charges for returned goods. If you wish to return an item to us, you will need to cover the cost of any shipping costs of items offered in an exchange including any taxes or duties to pay. 

 

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY


Our In-Store returns policy is the same as our Online Store policy. Refunds and exchanges will be issued within 30 days of purchase. For a successful return, please fill in your Returns Form, and ensure that all garments are resalable, un-altered, and returned with all tags.

Staff reserve the right to request management approval on all returns or exchanges.

 

IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Staff will accept online returns and exchanges in store. For more details please refer above to our returns policy for online purchases.
