Any garment purchased online can be exchanged or refunded within 100 days of purchase. This is our guarantee to you.
1 To return any garment to Godwin Charli:
1. The garment must be re-saleable and must not have been worn or washed.
2. The garment must be returned with all tags and packaging
3. The garment must be returned in the same box you received it in.
4. Godwin Charli will refund you the cost of returning the garments in the post within 7 days*.
*Only for deliveries made within Australia. Excludes International deliveries.
To return an item online please follow the instructions on the dispatch note enclosed in the garment delivery package.
2 Additional returns information
To exchange an item please email Godwin Charli Customer Service (enquire@godwincharli.com) and specify the correct size or colour on the dispatch note. Please ensure when returning garments, all items are protected adequately to ensure no damage occurs. Godwin Charli reserves the right to inspect all garment returns.

3 How long do I have to return my purchase?

4 How long does it take for me to receive a refund?
Godwin Charli will refund your purchase & return postage costs within 7 days of receiving the return*.
*Only for deliveries made within Australia. Excludes International deliveries.
5 How will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase.
6 What are the shipping charges if I return a delivery?
This depends on the location of sending. However, all return costs are refunded within 7 days of receiving the return*.

7 Do you refund or exchange if I have chosen the wrong size/colour/style?

8 Do you issue a refund if I don't like the product once I have received it?
Yes. Please see above for Returns procedure.
9 What if my item is faulty?
Godwin Charli will replace the item immediately and refund any cost of returning the goods within 7 days. If the item is out of stock a credit note or refund will be issued.
1 Do you have a sizing chart?
Yes. All size guides can be found on the individual product pages. Sizing charts are based on standard Australian sizes.
2 I have ordered an item but the order cannot be fulfilled.
Godwin Charli will endeavour to fulfil all orders. In the case of high demand, some items may sell out before an order can be fulfilled. In the case of this occurring, the Godwin Charli Customer Service team will contact you and arrange an alternative, credit note or refund.
3 I tried to place an order unsuccessfully and my desired item is now appearing out of stock.
Please contact Godwin Charli Customer Service (enquire@godwincharli.com). The team will check stock levels and facilitate the purchase.
Godwin Charli will endeavour to process your order the same day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been received and processed. You will also receive an email when the order has been dispatched.
Godwin Charli tracks all orders after dispatch. Please contact Godwin Charli Customer Service (enquire@godwincharli.com) immediately and we will follow up your order. All parcels sent are tracked.
